Never had an issues, people who are writing and rating bad, make sure first that you're following the manual. Scan and go! I use if for all my supported IP cameras. User Interface simple and just what you need for a camera manage app. Make sure that you're connected to your home wifi, then before do anything just unplug the camera and re plug it (so the system will reboot) then follow the manual, it is very easy, connect to the wifo the camera, add your credentials and go!
