Its a decent app for coin laundry. Gives up to date info on unit availability. Very easy to use. I like receiving a text reminder when things are close to done. A complaint I have is that there are no safeguards when adding funds. So you click $100 and the transaction happens right away - there's no prompt like "are you sure?" to confirm. Please add this.

often has trouble and gets stuck mid-machine payment and will lock second machines out. for instance, paying the bottom dryer will make it so you cannot use the upper dryer, and it locks the upper dryer's in-app payment for the full duration of the lower one. so my physical laundry card has been getting lots of use. do they not want money? it also doesn't show usage for units paid off-app, so all machines can be occupied and it could still show all open.

Worst app ever. There is a current coin shortage. This app is supposed to make things easier. It never connects to any machine. Tells you to call. Then customer support has no idea how to help. Mobile data is on. Bluetooth is on. Location is on. Connected to correct room and has funds to use...but still will not connect. Customer support should be able to access machines remotely to help troubleshoot.

Functional but definite regression in UI. There was a recent update that change the color scheme and made the start button less obvious. One, the contrast should be significantly different once I select a washer/dryer. Two, before, it was way more obvious that I wanted to start or pay. Now it's a very subtle checkout cart on the top left. This isn't a generic shopping app, it's a laundry app, and I want an obvious start button.

The old UI functionality was much better. You are no longer able to refresh the app by dragging down. Now you have close out the app completely and reopen it. The way money is added to the account should have more safety. If you accidentally click add funds a second time the app takes it with no warning Not being able to add an amount lower than $20 to your account prevents me from doing laundry some days. The minimum should be atleast $10 or a custom amount.

This was a useless app. You can't just do your laundry once because you have to charge at least $20. So, if you're trying to use a laundry room when traveling, plan to spend that amount. Also, the machines had options that weren't in the app and the connectivity was poor when you used it. So, just go get quarters and don't bother with this app.

Doesn't tell me how much time is left on each machine, just 'Soon' texts, which is stupid. Service requests are hit or miss and one of the machines already 'ate' my money because it won't start. The lowest amount of money I can reload onto my account is $20!? Robbery! Needs a custom amount option for those of us who only have so much to spare! Then there's the app saying a washer or dryer is free but when I get to it, someone else still has their clothes in it! Thanks, I hate it!

For the most part, convenient. It's great not having to get quarters, especially with the shortage. But it's impossible to get anything done with "tech support". The washer ate my money and I never received a refund. It's also annoying not being able to add a quarter for 15 extra minutes to the dryer. But it is cool to be able to see which washers are already in use without going down there. Overall, I like it.
