I used to love this app but it's just more of the same..plus there is no way to contact customer service without sacrificing your first born, running a maze, riding a Giraffe bare back and then you will be sent an appropriate app that you can contact them through..It's not worth the bother. Get a free app. This one hasn't improved since 2016.

Crashes constantly. I paid for the premium app for a whole year but it's basically unusable. It will crash 3 or 4 times while editing one photo. Better add one effect and save or it will crash and you'll have to start over. There might be over 700 filters but they aren't high quality. If you're looking for portrait grade sketch and paint filters you will be disappointed. I assume this is why they don't give you a 7 day fully functioning trial. I won't be renewing.

I've used this app for ages, and loved it! Recently paid for it all was well, until I updated it! The app frequently says there are 'too many users' and wont let me do anything, it also says I have no internet connection when I do, and it takes an age to save pics. This is quickly becoming the worst photo app I have, and I wont be renewing my purchase next year unless something changes.

I used to use this app and recently redownloaded it on my new phone. I guess it is a subscription service now. I wanted to at least try the app before I committed to a subscription but the only way to do that is to start a free trial and input payment information. Many people seem to be having issues with canceling their subscription so I just uninstalled rather than go through the hassle. This app shouldn't be listed as a "free" app if you have to pay a monthly fee to use it.

I've had a subscription for years and have added well over 100 styles to my favorites. I open the app now and it says I have no saved styles. The 1st time this happened I re-added all of them to my favorites, tedious. I go to use the app and all gone. Again, I re-add them. For the 3rd time I open the app and nada, again. Please don't ask me to process a photo with every style I want to save. My time is more valuable than that. You need to fix the issue on your end. This is not what I pay for.

Paid for subscription late March last year. Didn't use the app for a while towards the end of last year. Early this year (well within the 1 year subscription period), the access to paid/subscription features was for some reason removed and I was being asked to subscribe (again?) to access these features. Emailed twice about the issue in Jan, no response. Won't be seeing any of my money ever again.

Yet ANOTHER Subscription con! You can use basic features "free", but to use most of l the better/popular ones, you have to Subscribe: at £26.99 per YEAR, you'd have to be rich &/or insane to pay! These types of apps mean that you never actually "own" them, and if you stop paying, you lose most of the "good" stuff. I have several equally good apps on my devices, and have never paid more than £32 for a full Lifetime license with continual updates, so go figure! Uninstalled this one.

Do Better!!!!! I pay for the subscription. Why does the app kick me out while trying to edit a photo????? Why when I pick a photo it just stays on the photo, the edit options at the bottom don't show up?..... I shouldn't be paying just to have to keep closing and opening the app hoping it'll work. If your going to charge people money make it work.
