This service was great at first, but now I'm very dissatisfied and won’t use it again. Many drivers struggle with English or Arabic, difficult to understand. The cleaning quality has declined; cup holders and dashboards are often neglected. My last appointment was canceled, when driver was on the way, marking the third cancellation. Customer service was unhelpful, offering only an apology. Even after wasting my time. I’m still waiting for my refund after requesting it. Better options out there

Very disappointing experience. My car wash booking was canceled more than three times in less than a month without any automatic rescheduling or proper solutions provided. On top of that, when I tried to book again, there were no available slots for over a month!

I have a very bad experience with them , i have a package, and for 2 consecutive weeks, i cannot use them as they did cancel the booking and i have to take my car to washing station. I will never rt purchase their package, and hopefully, i can use what i already bought from them.

I had a very good experience with Sweater, it is very comfortable to have your car cleaned inside out while you are at home at your convenient time. This is my second contract with Sweater, I always take one of many offers they provide. Their help centre team is very polite, understanding and flexible. The washers usually come on time if not earlier. I highly recommend to try Sweater and enjoy the experience

This app feels like a scam. I'm trying to get a car wash for more than a week now. But every day I check, there are no bikers available, even in different locations. Also, there is a limited time in which you can utilize the washes, after which they will expire. There is no way to contact cutomer care also. They take your money and don't let you avail the service.

The app is very nice and it allows me to keep my car very clean always. The are many offers and discounts that you can use. There are also yearly plans.

Extremely bad service, i will never use this app again. the available appointments are always 2 days ahead, then when the time of the appointment come, they cancel on you and give you another appointment 2 days later. which will also be canceled then.
