This has been the worst experience ever! The app never lets me purchase Moveos – it keeps showing retry payment no matter how many times I try. And when I call their so-called customer service, they just put me on hold for 25+ minutes without giving any solution. Absolutely useless and frustrating service. Feels like they don’t even care about customers. Total waste of time!

This app is absolutely useless, it doesn't give correct charging details. Whenever I put my scooter on charging, this app only shows that the scooter is charging, what percentage is there and how much time it will take. Nothing is correct and the service support is also not good. Whenever I try to tell the service support about my problem, they always reply "something went wrong". 😡

Bluetooth pairing is worst. It always says unlock scooter to pair your app. Primary requirements of this app is to lock/unlock and open trunk. I am unable to do it. Tried with different mobiles, same is the case. The stats and all are once in a week or month. S1 1st gen.

I use this app to unlock my OLA S1X+ but doesn't work properly, take too much time to get open. Always get hang up and freeze problem. Ola app is very slow and I am very frustrated with it.. fix it otherwise launch the light version. Even OLA service centre service provides the worst service. Don't waste your money on this rubbish OLA scooter 🛵.

The Ola Electric app is not performing well lately. It opens very slowly and often takes too much time to load. The connection between the app and the scooter is not smooth — sometimes it doesn’t connect at all or takes several attempts. Overall, the app feels lazy and unresponsive, which makes it frustrating to use for basic functions like checking charge status or unlocking the scooter. Ola really needs to improve the app’s speed and reliability.

useless app not working take long time to work. Bluetooth not working Properly. GPS Location navigate wrong location everytime. OLA Map useless. Lock Unlock not working Properly. After sale service very bad no spare parts available at service center. this is my first and last mistake to buy Ola ev scooter never by it again.

One of the worst apps, and truly represents Ola- just gimmicks!! The support section is a joke. Ola has made it impossible to get any kind of support by making everything go around in loops. It's almost impossible to create a ticket. If you manage to create one, it's impossible to track as there is no record of it! The app is only useful to check the battery level, when the phone is close enough to the scooter to connect via Bluetooth - might as well check on the scooter if you are that close!

App is unreliable but after-sales service is pathetic. My scooter had a charging issue on 12 Aug. After multiple delays, it was sent to Thane service center where it’s stuck for over a month with 1200+ scooters. They took 7-8 days just to open a job card, no updates, and calls go unanswered. Waiting time is in months—Ola service is unacceptable. Stay away from these scooters.
