App won't go beyond plan type. I selected the plan type I have and I don't get any other options. Very frustrating, especially since I cannot access it through the website either. It takes me to a screen that shows : InTouch Medicaid Access. I don't even have Medicaid. Not sure what that is about. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice, but it didn't help.

App is broken, prohibiting log-in. I keep getting an error that says "An error has occurred. Maybe you need an app udpate. Or, you have a bad internet connection". Glossing over the fact that "update" is spelled incorrectly, I deleted and re-installed the app and it still doesn't work. I know that insurance companies make money by not paying claims, but this is just disgusting. I'd be ashamed to work for Pacific Source.

Doesn't work. I get as far as choosing what type of insurance I have and privacy preferences. I got the app because the PacificSource website gives no personal account info after creating an account/signing in; it just tells me to get the app. I try signing into the app and it says "ID not recognized" so I'm at a stand still with no account info except getting a printable ID card.

Adding my voice to the growing chorus of "ID not recognized." Specifically, your app doesn't recognize the account created on your website. And your website offers zero functionality except to redirect me to Google store so I can get the app. Effectively, you have wasted a bundle of premium dollars on an electronic game of whack-a-mole. Perhaps your web team should be let go so they can apply for jobs in an online gaming startup, where their particular talents would be more useful.

I definitely had some problems at first while figuring things out, but after a while of playing with the app, I do not have too many issues. My main complaint is that there is no way to switch between policies on the app, and I have to go through the website to do so.

With this most recent update, I can not see my plan info as it just shows a blank screen and nothing loads at all. Not even signing out and signing back in helped. I think there's more issues now than before.

You download the app and login but it's just a list of phone numbers, not even customer service chat. Doesn't really have any info I couldn't find on the website. Doesn't allow chat w a health professional or mental health professional whatsoever. I don't know what this app was supposed to be good for but itdoesn't do anything

Just like everyone else, I choose which health plan I have and that is it!! Cannot submit, enter, swipe, NOTHING. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. Any idea when this will be corrected??
