This used to be a good app. Now it is not working at all, have to go to the website to make and manage reservations. Really liked the app, wish they would fix it. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, to no avail. Still does not work, I can't even log in.

What is the dam point of being a member when I can't make reservations and then your lots are full because you give it as "first come first serve" and Jack the price up on a full lot??? Thats the stupidest thing ever, forcing me to go to a much further spot and paying an insane amount.

I love the convenience of the carside pickup, but I don't like the app. It is non-functional lately and won't even let you log in, even after deleting and reinstalling the app. It needs to seriously be fixed immediately.

When entering a credit card with an expiration date of 09/20, app throws up an error to enter a non expired date. its 2019 and the expiration is over a year away.

Can't select a time or make a reservation. Seems like the app lost contact with its servers. Critical error.

You can't pay with your credit card. You can only pay the reservation fees. You don't even need a reservation..there are always spots.
