The times and tracking is accurate I guess, but the real issue is the lack of functionality beyond that. Needing to search through every possible route to find the specific one that might take me to the stop I want to go to is incredibly tedious. The app needs to actually take into account people wanting it to be able to get places, not just tracking buses.

So far the app is extremely useful, and I love the fact that the routes are live feeds. My couple complaints are a) if I were to select a bus stop for it to show the average time of arrival. Showing the estimated time of arrival is super nice but I also would like to select a stop and see about the time it normally arrives so I do not have to do the mental math to find out what time it arrives. B) to have the ability to pay for a ride through the app.

It worked, something updated, and now it doesn't. Can no longer see the route schedule when you click on it, and the bus tracking is even more broken somehow. It's also trying to be as accurate as possible with the location of the user and even the direction they're facing, which is breaking it even more. Pretty cool.

The app only gets worse. Initially, it was fine, a bit clunky, but I can track my buses. Soon, even that refused to work. Bus positions are fixated, and you can't track them at all. And now, I can't even open the app without it crashing. I would switch if only my institution would allow for the same.

This worked fine until recently. Then it updated and I can no longer view a list of stops for a particular route, nor the scheduled times for those stops. Makes it impossible to plan trips ahead which is essential for someone who uses the bus for transit in a wheelchair to appointments. In my city at least, this info is not even readily availableonline because they rely on Google as a trip planner and this app. I will have to pick up a paper schedule on the bus (which are limited and often gone)

It used to be great at first, but then after a couple of more uses, the app constantly tracks buses that I don't even take and they're not from my town. And the one bus route I DO take only shows the route and not the current location of that bus. This app needs to be fixed because it makes me nervous that I might have missed my bus without exactly knowing.

Attempting to select my agency leads to a loading screen of, as far as I can tell so far, indefinite length. I have not been able to get even barebones functionality out of PassioGo. I have never before bothered to write reviews for an app, but I feel compelled to speak against this pile of garbage in the hopes that any institution considering using it in future looks at the reviews first.

This app is good and super useful, has bus tracking, predictions, and is pretty accessable. However, it is plagued with issues - primarily frequent (and I mean "you try to tap one thing") crashes, loading issues, more crashing, and just for fun, a few more crashing. If it worked, ai would love this app for it's usefulness.
