This app does NOT work properly. We have to constantly refresh the app or we will never know if a guest has requested their vehicle. This makes the team look bad and hurts our tips! I've installed it on 2 phones and a tablet with the same results! Also, they now block out the phone number so we can no longer see where our mistake was if they didn't get a text. We have to delete and type in the whole phone number now!

Severely overpriced and sketchy parking lot, avoid this one like the plague!

This app is so buggy. Makes our job take longer and effects the guests positive experience. Multiple times a shift we have people tell us they never got a text with their claim check. App logs you out on both Android and iPhones. Searching for license plate states and makes and models is ineffective. Flash was 1000 times better.

-5 Stars. Horrible app. -Text issues -International phone issues -Audit system is horrible and takes 45min to complete -Updates should be automatic, and mandatory if app is opened while on an outdated version. -Can't save photos for damage claim to add later. Please add better customizable notification system. -Issues syncing the app together. Android phone shows blank tickets when viewing different tabs -PLEASE FIX THE ISSUES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Almost all or the crashing issues have been addressed. 1 star boosted to 3 for that alone. There's still No notification sound for requests, everyone insists there is but uve asked 6+ employees using the app on Android OS over various phones and iOS over IPad and Different iPhone models. That said the progress over the last 6 weeks is more than we saw in the 3.5 months prior.

Stops responding frequently. Can not remove entries in an easy fashion as originally designed. IT support is no help. Creates random numbers while performing key scrubs. Would not recommend this app for any business to use for primary operations and accountability

By far the worst valet system I have used in my 6 years as a valet. It's an app made by people who have never valet OR used an app in their entire life. The newest update broke the ability to do key scrubs. It changes guests numbers to ****** and then tells you ****** is not a valid phone number
