Edit: I've already updated the sleep mode period to never time out. It still disconnects, and when I reconnect it prints a blank sheet. // Has worked fine for years, now is bricked. Printer disconnects before printing. Won't connect through device Bluetooth, only through Zip app. Have tried on Pixel 7, Pixel 3, and a 2019 iPad with up-to-date iOS. If this is planned obsolescence, it's obscene. The last thing this planet needs is more e-waste. Do better, Polaroid. Fix this.

What the heck happened to the frames? No even the normal white Polaroid frame is available now. I also managed to print a couple of 'Christmas' frames before the update, now also gone.

Did update now I have zero frames choose from just shows categories hit that and just blank so annoying just bought 150 more sheet photo paper wasted

This app is okay. It's a clunky app. The color of the photo you print is not true, it prints much darker than expected, and it's very touchy about adjusting the brightness. Try to adjust it just a little and you wind up with a picture much too bright. It's next to impossible to tell how bright you need to adjust it so that it prints relatively true to color. You also can't back out of an editing tab without having to start from square one again. And you can choose to edit a photo OR print preview in order to fill the whole print (print w/o the white borders), but you can't do both. So several things that need improving.

Update: After multiple emails, it was made clear to me that the Polaroid POGO is not supported by this application. The fact that this information is hidden behind this much effort is frustrating. Original review: App is useless. Connected to printer in bluetooth. Entered the PIN to connect. Open the app, try to print a picture, cannot find device. Press retry 5 times. Restart the app, no luck.

Most recent update (6/26/20) broke my printer. After installing the update to the printer itself, over and over again, I was finally able to get to the print screen. I had my selections all ready to go and it "print" to see the screen flash and nothing happen. After more than an hour trying to get a image to print I gave up. I've been using this product for several years now, please update your update so I'm not forced to switch to a competitor's product.

App is super buggy. Always have to restart at least once to try to get my pictures printed in the orientation I want... Love the printer itself but wish I could just print and not have to go into this app to print because it does whatever it wants regardless of what you want it to do...and the android version is better than the iOS!

Since the update I can no longer print my photos using the app. It constantly asks me to update my device to enable multi prints so I update it. Then it doesn't find my device. Then it does find my device but doesn't print. Lots of other people have commented saying they are having a similar problem too so please fix this. The device can not be used without this app which is ridiculous for saying this app is not functioning correctly. I have version 4.0 too so still not resolved this bug.
