Does intended job of basic recharges. Major problem is that the card details are saved without consent and no way to delete them. This is a very important security concern and must be addressed. Improve the UI as its confusing. Allow login logoff without asking for details and otp after first login.

They lock the account and ask us to wait for 24 hours to get it unlocked. But it been longer than that with no resolution and no internet connection. The subscription has been bought with no service. The contact number is invalid now.

Didn't getting my deposit money back. During connection I have been paid of rs 2000/-. 500 for router and 150p for security deposit. I have calling to your call center for the same but they told me to visit office with a valid request letter. Do I need to do all this.. but while taking connection only one phone call was sufficient but for refund my money I will to run their office.. will suggest all to not to use this service.. pathetic service and high rate..

Worst Internet Service Provider. Not only is the Customer Service is unprofessional they do not do anything except raise a ticket and wait for the customers to suffer. The on ground crewnis equally pathetic. The give you phone numbers for engineers and then block your number so that you can never reach them.
