Easily print amazing photos with SI Photo Printer
The "Sharper Image" Instant photo printer and camera can be used to print images from smartphones by connecting Bluetooth to the device.
You can take and edit pictures on smartphones or tablets. It will instantly print your precious moments!

[How to Use]
1. Make sure you recharge the printer before you use it.
2. Make sure the Adapter is connected properly.
3. Turn on the printer
4. Go to Bluetooth setting and find the printer’s MAC address.
The MAC address is placed inside the printer’s door
If you purchased Dock Printer, dock your smartphone at the pin on top the of the printer or find the MAC address on the downside of the printer to connect the device to the Bluetooth.
5. Select an image from the Gallery or take a photo with your smartphone.
6. Once image has been selected, edit the image with your personal preference.
7. Now press print button located on top of the printer when editing is completed.
8. When you print for the first time, it may need to update the firmware. Please follow the instruction shown on the screen of your smartphone.
9. It will take about a minute to fully print. Please do not pull the photo until it is completely printed.

My printer worked fine (model 205984-01) until this app version recently updated on my S23 phone. It appears the that the app is requiring a Bluetooth connection, but this printer model is not blue tooth. Tried both dock and USB connection. I can hit cancel and get to pictures, edit them, but it will not "print" from the screen button on app or the 1 Touch button on printer. Recently purchased film and cartridges to add insult to injury...

did the update as you are forced to and now the android won't connect via Bluetooth or on the dock. you can't uninstall the update so now the printer is totally useless. it will work on the iPhone but it takes a bit. so absurd!!! I hope you fix this!!!!

the new update as of 5/13/25 has rendered my printer useless! I've tried everything but always get "printer nit found" as my phone is plugged into it! tried Bluetooth too but again, useless! I've owned it for 6 months and now I have to break down and buy a Kodak instant printer! what a waste of money this Sharper Image printer was! April G

this app sucks. printer worked perfectly fine. I've printed out a handful of pics. haven't even gone thru one cartridge or paper. I upgraded my phone and now it is obviously not compatible w the printer. what good is the printer if u can't use it. I call tech support they say we working on the app. so I've had this thing for 1 1/2 years and its collecting dust.

printer used to work great with app version 92. the recent change on 5/13 has made it totally inoperable on my android. the new app opens but can't recognize the printer. I tried all the troubleshooting recommendations without success. have had no response to email seeking assistance. version 92 should be put back in the app store as an option

I have never had an issue printing before Bluetooth became required, now I can't print at all because even though my phone is Bluetooth enabled the printer is not connecting to my phone,how the heck do I set the printer to pair so it will connect to my phone

Used to work, now it doesn't. (even when it did work, printing a photo was pretty laborious)

this app is junk. Printer was easy to set up but using the app is a headache, first it cant connect, then its not recognized, then it says the ink cartridge is missing, one thing after another or the circle just spins until it errors out. the printer is useless without the app. with all the complaints and sharper image does nothing to rectify the situation. the customer service is horrible and the printer are not cheap. Do better Sharper Image and fix the app.
