can't enable biometric login on s25, fully updated. Was difficult to get bitwarden to work with, had to use accessibility, which means you aren't programming for good password management. this app constantly wants permission to my calendar. You don't need permission for my calendar, stop the million pop ups and just accept that i don't want you to access it already. no repeating visitors on schedule, like every Monday. only permanent visitors which isn't great for many cases.

Doesn't work many times. for example it will say unable to save, check data connection - on Android, iPad, and PC, both wifi and cell data. So the problem is THEIR connection, and it won't save or let you edit a visitor or won't let you send a QuickPass to a phone or email, or when I've added a guest multiple times but gate guard doesn't see on his system, so guest can't get in (even after showing guard the QuickPass). Doesn't synch with iOS version. And time stamp events NOT in event time zone

August 15 2025 Another update and the app does not work again. logged in its all blank. uninstall and reinstall. password no longer recognised. password reset not sending link to reset. very frustrating. 2024 Had an issue after an update. Quick Pass was quick at providing a fix.

terrible. it will not allow me to stay logged in and will not allow me to remember password. every time I log on I have to change my password. terrible app even after several updates

When it works I like it. Lately, I have to Uninstall to install, so I can add someone to the visitors list. Works well for a day, but the next time I want to use it. I have to unstall or restart my phone for it to work right. The whole app would work well, until you do a new update.

This app has a lot of issues! It shows my information, but our security company that uses this can't find tenants and won't allow visitors in. Now, the app gives me an error screen every time I try to add visitors. At this point, it's best to delete the app and just to have security call me with every visitor trying to come in.

Used to work great but something recently is causing it to crash immediately when trying to log in. Force stop doesn't help. 7 months later and they still haven't fixed the app. Ridiculous seeing as I have to use it for my community and can't access it

March 2022: This has been crashing on my phone lately. Force stopping the app and reopening does not help either. December 2022: still crashes when I open the app despite it being updated and I have force closed it before opening the app. I'm on an android. I can only access quickpass from chrome on my phone.
