app works generally, but has usually strange hickups. so does the corresponding speakers. you then go through the usual routine, reboot speaker, reboor router, reboot smartphone, reinstall app. try to google. try to contact teufel support through the app (hint: after sending it tells you to reenter the support request on the web and to include 3 30 digit keys). on the web i was unable to get to the contact form. after 3! redirects i was stopped at the "RTFM". otherwise all peachy.

Now the app is quite stable, which was not always the case. The navigation is good, but not outstanding. It lacks some features which are common for many other sophisticated players: No sorting/searching within playlists. No warning for duplicates in playlists. No lyrics display. Just to mention some of those which I miss. Also annoying: Spotify is fully integrated, but other services (such as Amazon Music) are more complicated to stream. Verdict: A good solution to use the Teufel Raumfeld speakers, but not an advanced music player.

Don't believe the reviews. This app falls down on the first hurdle. If you set up a speaker and then turn it off at the power plug (because you don't use it very much) it then renders the app useless. It just keeps refreshing and telling you that the speaker isn't available. Which you know as you turned it off!! It stops you using any other speaker on the system though. Ridiculous.

The app looks really good, but it would be much better, if the app had implemented: - A browse-through-your-storage function, to directly play any file without loading all tracks into the app, which needs more than an hour for me - A reminder to stream via Raumfeld App, if I play music via my 3rd party android player

Basically the app has everything I need, but it keeps disconnecting from my speakers even when listening to music. Then you have to reboot the speaker and let it reconnect. I don't know whether it's a hardware or software problem, but more users have the same difficulties. So that's kind of annoying.

Keep getting the error "feature not available please update your host device" while everything is up to date... Also I am unable to edit my home screen, I am asked to press a button which does not exist in the app. And I am unable to stream a normal radio station.

Chromecast now supports lossless! Amazon music subscribers with Raumfeld speakers rejoice! There is a little static when the music is paused and during quiet moments, but that is an issue with the hardware, not the software.

Fast and intuitive way to play music from your device. Rain for -1 ⭐: Spotify connect doesn't work with two Smartphones (Spotify family, different accounts) seamlessly. One device "occupies" the device until manually forgotten in the Spotify app.
