1/26/21 App to get pics off camera no longer works. They are aware and its been months still no fix. These cameras are among the most expensive on the market. At this point it is beyond unexceptable. Keep watch on the reviews no need to buy until this problem can be resolved. 5/1/21 downloaded update still does not work. As of 12/5/21 still no fix from reconyx. As of 7/9/22 still no fix

Was working but now doesn't. Even though the camera is full of pictures, the app says there is nothing to download. Images have to be revealed by removing the card and using a computer. This makes the microfire useless to hide and remain inconspicuous.

Pixel 3, app crashes every single time. I didn't write review 8 months ago, as I saw other people already addressed the problem. Reconyx is still working on the issue...... 8+ months should've been enough to fix it

Keeps stopping. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried a few times even after "updates" and "bug fixes" Can't get the app to work! Samsung Galaxy s10

The app still has not been fixed to work on Android 10! Don't waste your money and time on Reconyx! Wasn't great before and totally sucks now that it can't be used at all! ZERO stars....

App is no longer working on android v10, making the camera useless. After investing in multiple cameras im very sad and disappointed. Where to now? Camera refunds? How is Reconyx fixing the app? This needs to happen ASAP!!! Please & thank u

Finaly heard back from reconyx. They are working on problem with android 10. I see posts about this back to last nov and still no solution other than getting chip out of camera.

Crashes on Note 20 Ultra when trying to connect to cameras. Cannot connect to cameras without the app. $1200 worth of cameras that I can't use as intended.
