The LRD App is a mobile application that contains the liturgical text & rites of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church (MOSC).

It provides instant access to the prayers for the current day and hour using the "Pray Now" feature. A background audio option can accompany users while they access these prayers. Users have the ability to set their preferences for display themes with "Night Mode Prayer Screen", and also the ability to silence calls and notifications with the "Do No Disturb" setting. The LRD App also provides intuitive gestures with pinch to zoom for prayer text sizing, back-swipe navigation, and portrait/landscape views with auto-fullscreen mode.

This app is excellent. The prayers have been translated using good grammar and simple words. The audio enables us to learn the tunes while matching the words. We will be the first diaspora generation able to say, understand, and participate in all the Orthodox sacraments and prayers in a language we understand, thanks to this app. To the wonderful team that worked on this, I am deeply grateful. A request would be to include the timings of each prayer hour of the Great Fast. Many Thanks.

Very very nice App. Very useful and helpful. Since the songs have been sung, it's much more easier to follow and learn the songs. I appreciate this effort and work very much. Scrolling if not done very cautious, causes the page to be moved to the previous page. Edit: Thank you very much for the fast fix of the problem.

Very informative and gives a opportunity to attain spiritual high. But I have a small regret, I re- installed this application recently, after which I the text screen keeps on loading and doesn't show up. Only the audio works . I would be grateful this is looked upon. Dec 20th update - after uninstall and install it's workking fine now .

Suits for me because I have to travel for long time in bus to office . I get totally rebooted when I read through this liturgy resource . The audio which reads through the liturgy, makes me feel I am in Church with the priest and lay people. One small feedback (technical glitch) For past few days , app gets closed automatically when I use it. I am using an Android one plus phone .

Thank you for the efforts behind this useful LRD app. Just wanted to point out that most of the (final) daily lent prayer voice clips do not work, when played in sequence. Kindly do fix the problem. Thanks once again

This app is for the Malankara Orthodox faithful what Coptic Reader app is for the Coptic Orthodox faithful!! The app is very sleek and has an easy to use UI. I cannot wait for updates for sacramental and feast day services to be updated. Suggestion for updates to the LRD Dev. Team: - add the apocryphal books of the Orthodox Bible to the app's Bible section (Tobit, Judith, Maccabees, etc.) - add a Synaxrium where the faithful can read about the lives of the saints. Great app!!! Well done!!!

Fantastic app! Pray now feature is awesome! Having the Bible integrated along with the lectionary to specific readings for each day is great. The recordings are also amazing!
