Cant get username sign up through app. I'm a new user, it forces you to go through a sign up, but the sign up doesn't function properly. Update: i had to go to the website on my pc to set up a username. It has only gotten worse now. bought this to have a Wi-Fi label printer. If I have to connect with my phone, this does me no good. Wi-Fi should mean that I can connect to it from my computer. All this stuff in the app is only set up for Bluetooth, not WiFi printer from windows pc.

Do not buy a rollo printer you cant upload your own pdf files you can only order from their app which is stupid for a printer costing around $300 And i cant connect my etsy sellers account to the app either. Very limiting software **YOURE BETTER OFF USING APPS LIKE OPENLABEL** seems compatible with rollo x1040 so far and you can use your own pdf files ***Edit after reply: so yeah you can't print pdfs from the app you have to use a 3rd party app***

difficulty printing with wireless rollo. doesn't always work rite away printing from my phone. using etsy app. 4/8/2025 rollo giving me all kind of problems connecting to phone

I deleted my negative review. Rollo has great customer service by phone to help get the printer to work. Sometimes, they have you reboot your router to make the connection.

This is one of the most disappointing apps I've used in quite some time. The printer prints great, but if you're trying to do a custom size, which it supports? Forget about it. I've spent six hours over the last couple of days messing around with this thing. Following their directions. Doing their trouble shooting. Googling. It's ridiculous. Look elsewhere. I'll be replacing.

Trash. This printer worked fine for well over a year. The past few months it constantly drops off but when I try to re add it it says it's already connected. I've tried factory resets, using the cord, uninstalling the app and creating an entirely new account. IT DOES NOT WORK. I've spent HOURS on the chat/phone with support, who never solved the problem. I don't know what update or whatever happened, but this is the most annoying, frustrating POS.

Garbage! Cannot even connect after the UPDATE! I'm getting rid of this rollo. I used to love this printer because it would work all of the time but recently I have to unplug everything and replug it and restart my router and turn it off and on just to get it to print. It says it's connected because the light is blue but I still have to do these steps at least every other day. It has become quite annoying. I've had this thing for 2 years and for the past couple months it is just been acting up.

I'm truly starting to regret my purchase. I updated the app, and now it won't even open and crashes seconds after launching. Prior to the update, it appears my account was deleted, but when I try to register, it says I already have an account. Multiple issues with labels printing incorrectly, even with the 'solutions' provided by support. It's beyond frustrating to pay so much money and have so many issues.
