lately, something is wrong with the app, in order to see my points i ha ve to open and close the multiple times (up to 10 times) this issue started about 3 months ago. I hope this will be taken care of.

Quick response, accurately depicts quantity of product at individual stores. Very easy to order on-line and pick up at the store. I also enjoy the on-line only products offered weekly.

The SAQ website is exceptional. One can search for any make and model of wines and spirits, read reviews from fellow lovers of, in my case, wines and scotch, and scan any bottle to see if they carry it or not. They will then give a brief description and note whether it is available online [you can have your order brought to your closest SAQ, thereby assuring that they won't run out], and also see where your choice is sold and how many are on the shelves in any given outlet. Super site!

The algorithm has decided my profile and seldom offers me discounts on stuff I actually buy (I always buy the same thing). It keeps offering me white wines and wines from the US and Canada when I've never bought either. I have to rely on my friends to purchase my products for me - they got the "correct profile". The search capability is subpar, offering such random selections that you often can't find what you are looking for unless you look it up online.

The app has greatly improved since I first used it. Having all the information the app provides saves you time, and money. Favourites searching by category, your purchase history, and the personalized specials of the week, make the app very handy. The search features also help you find, something new to try, or a tried and true favourite at an SAQ outlet near you, and it also gives the quantities available at various the SAQ locations too. I use it all the time.

The app works well, when it opens. Lately it's 50/50. As far as SAQ itself? They would rare higher if they stopped using Purolator for deliveries. Less than 10% of my purchases (From any vender) arrive if they are used. All others, never a problem. I work from home. How hard is it for Purolator to ring my bell, instead of tiptoeing to my door and leaving a "Sorry We Missed You" sticker? SAQ is 100% in-store. Simply need a better logistics option.

Better than it used to be it seems. Once, after a short time of browsing the app would bog down and not load items/run slowly. Now I can keep searching for things and although sometimes I need to wait for inventory & reviews to appear, everything will continue to load and not freeze up. When trying to find outlets it would be ideal if the map started in a zoomed in area where your preferred one is located.
