App never let's me login despite being able to login on the website with the same username and password.

The new app won't let me sign in or set up a new account. One annoying thing it does is where you're supposed to enter your info for creating an account, it says "Yam" instead of "Name". There's some MAJOR bugs in this thing. I NEED to contact my doctor and I can't because of the new so called "upgrades".

Terrible app experience so far. Created account from code via website so I know that my login information is correct, but cannot log in to app no matter what I do. This is a TERRIBLE change. I wonder if this is connected to the currently failing Sharp migration to the EPIC system, where imaging and documents are being lost completely? The prior app FollowMyHealth was much better and streamlined.

Followed all instructions and made new account on website (which has major issues with it), then tried to login on phone and it just fails over and over. Data is right and matches website. But no luck, and FollowMyHealth is disabled from checking in for my appt tomorrow!! Terrible roll out, hopefully you can wait for it to be fixed, and not need it now for appointments!!!! UPDATE: I followed those instructions to get the new app/website. No luck!

Can't get this to work, when I try to set up account it sends an email as 2 step verification. When I switch to email account to get the code then go back to Shap app is back to the main screen and no way to get back into the code verification page. It seems other people have had this issue. Did anybody try this app before releasing?

App crashes all the time when I try to login in, absolutely the most frustrating thing ever. You would think a multi billion dollar company could manage to get the right people to make a decent app that doesn't crash.

They have by far a better system of service that relieves me of my worries about my health care outlook. That is why I am glad I was able to switch to them just before I retired.
