I have been using this for over 8 years and the latest update was such a disappointing experience. There are occasions that the songs won't go to the next song and I have to manually press "Next" or else it just keeps repeating the same song. An error message keeps popping up saying "Oh-oh! There has been a glitch. If the problem persists, we recommend playing your offline songs for now." This problem has been persisting almost a month, I recommend you fix it. It's ridiculous.

Everything is good before the new updated version. The random play function keeps playing in the same order. The all songs list doesn't sync with the downloaded songs. Tried uninstall and download, useless. And now I have to re-download all the songs again and some downloaded songs that were not in the songs list are now gone.

Song selection is limited but sufficient. One of the latest update got rid of the stop button on the widget now the app is pervasive and downright annoying. It keeps trying to play music when I have any Bluetooth device (that is capable of playing music) connected. Don't know why this happened. Only able to close after I forced closed it twice. Pervasive and annoying.

It's the best music ever. It is better than Spotify, every song you click it automatically downloads it for you. Although sometimes if you accidentally click its kind of annoying but you can just remove it. And when it's downloaded the song can play offline. How cool is that. I would recommend people this app since it's the best app I've ever used.

I like the selection of music, but the app is really bad and lacking basic functionality. - no way to queue up a song, i.e. "play next" - no way to add an artist to Favourites, to see the artists you follow you have to click through your account settings -reccomendation system is terrible, it just suggests songs from the same album you were already listening to -interface is awkward and always pushing the "top hits" I've been a subscriber for over a year but I think I might be done.

Idk what is happening but every song can only be played for 30 seconds or so before stopping, moreover, the start of the song is missing, e.g. it starts playing at 3 seconds into the song. This started after my premium trial had ended...am I supposed to pay to enjoy a full song? But looking at the info about upgrading to premium...I don't see anything about this issue being fixed if it's premium. I have seen similar reviews for months, and yet no one is fixing it! Will uninstall.

The new update eliminated the repeat function and forced me to use Autoplay function which I do not like. I want to listen to the music chosen by me, not by your app. It is very annoying that a pop up screen forcing me to use Autoplay function every time the playlist ended. I really hate pop up screen and this is why I choose kkbox over other music app because it did not use pop up screen before this update. I may have to switch to other music app if this continues.
