fobs won't beep mobile device unless I open the app on my phone, which defeats the purpose if my phone is misplaced. app constantly crashes as well.

can't even get the app to work. constantly crashes. connection is inconsistent, sound is weak, and only rings a few times before it stops. you have to restart the ping if it takes you more then a few seconds to find it.

it takes about 3-4 seconds for the tag to ring which is ok, but when I try to find my phone by pressing on the tag, my phone does not ring because the app must be open, and not in the background and also the phone cannot be in sleep mode, which makes it pretty much impossible.

Sometimes the signal drops and the connection to finding your device or tag may differ depending on where you're at. Mostly for me, it's my house, is the problem with signal due too Airport near by. But still, a very good product.

It worked when we unboxed the keyfobs. Within a few weeks it found our keys a few times but sometimes would not make the fob's ring. Twice when we finally lost keys long enough to buy a new set it was no help. They turned up months later in hilariously close places but the app couldn't detect them or make them ring from multiple phones standing right next to them. As a bonus the app wants all the permissions, an account to be created, and sends daily notifications.

I have been using this for maybe a week now. So far this has helped me find my attached device and phone several times. The only reason for me for this not being a 5 star review would be that the tracker device I have, does not seem to have a replaceable battery (it seems to run off a watch battery from what I can tell,) and probably should be from what I could gather. Aside from this. The range is half decent and has a range if about 12-15 feet or so and works quite well. Better then expect

I keep getting notifications that the app has crashed. It's not open or in use, so I don't know why it's even crashing at all, and it's super annoying. Tried clearing the cache, no dice. I'm hoping the trackers work better than the app itself. I did submit an error report, not sure if it'll do any good.

I give 2 stars because the app will beep the tracker to help find the keys. Nothing else works. The app permissions handling is completely broken. Notifications cannot be enabled, though the app requires it. Other permissions needed to be enabled manually, and after enabling camera access, I still could not take a picture of my keys. The dongle will not ring the phone as it's advertised to. Overall, the thing is a hot, broken, mess, but since it will track my keys, 2 stars. Generous.
