This app is wonderfully designed in way that keeps it unobtrusive. I think some people miss functionality because it doesn't use heavy menus, but allows lots of direct clicks. I use the desktop app daily and it has helped me stay on task and focused on work that matters while realistically fitting in responsibilities at home and occasionally breaks. The phone app shouldn't be your primary interaction method, but it works well for starting and stopping timers, checking things off and moving tasks

Absolutely amazing app for the "organizationally challenged"! I especially love the auto-archive feature. I tried so many different solutions but would always end up getting overwhelmed as tasks piled up. Sunsama solves that for me by preventing that hill from ever growing into an unassailable mountain and shining light on those tasks that might not be so important as first thought. Thank you Sunsama for providing a solution that finally works!

I give up. Sunsama must be the most expensive subscription I have, more than Claude or the same. It does only one thing, so it should do it well to deserve the price tag. I bought a yearly subscription. The smartphone app continues to remain a smouldering mess. I gave it the best part of a year. Either I am the only subscriber, or the failure to rebuild an app that does not work is entrepreneurially delinquent. I'll be out as soon as I prepare a replacement. I loved the design, disappointed.

I have ADHD, and this is the only task management app that clicks for me. It makes me plan my day out, reminds me to be realistic about time, and doesn't make me feel guilty about taking longer or not finishing. It helps me learn to estimate how long tasks take. Focus mode reminds me to stay on task. At the end of the day and week, it shows me where I put my time, and proves I WAS actually productive. I like color coding my tasks. I miss Sunsama desperately. As soon as I have a job, I'll be back

No email with a link has been sent to create an account, despite 20+ minutes passing. I certainly shouldn't have to have access to an entirely different kind of technology to create an account. Yikes... some people literally just have phones. Yall should be making things accessible, it's 2025

-Error when clicking links to go to integrated app's task. -zooming in/out in calendar view is not smooth -company rushed this app instead of getting at least 80% of the app running -desktop app = superb, mobile app = soup turd

Great product with a great app to match. Keeps me organized and keeps me sane!

Keeps freezing and crashing. Even when it doesn't, the interface is often weirdly inconsistent - reverting back to an earlier state at random or messing up the sync. When it works, it's nice. When not, it wrecks havoc on your todo list. Ironically, a tool meant to make you more efficient is making you inefficient by having to fight the bugs in the app. Given the prices Sunsama charges, you'd think there would be some app development budget left over, but apparently
