I'm feeling disappointed with my subscription purchase, because no duplicates were found. That can't be accurate; I know that I have a lot of duplicates (& even some triplicates), along w/similar looking pics. I had high hopes for this, after I came across it. I've been dreading the task of sorting through all of my photos, on my hard drive, & manually deleting, the duplicates, myself. If my hard drive was scanned, why was nothing found? I also never saw any options to scan other various files?

First and foremost, be careful signing up. Somehow, I thought I was filling in information for the photo fixer, and it was a dating site! Now, in the process of canceling that. Secondly, when I did not purchase the upgrade, I ran the scan to delete the duplicates, said there was 837, hit approve, went, and looked, and not a single one was deleted! very poor app.

Would be fantastic as the only app I've found, that let's you select a specific folder to scan. But it doesn't find all the photos. Not by a long shot. Even pro version. It says 'happy face' no duplicates found, yet you can see with your own eyes there are many duplicates. Your prior assistance did not resolve the problem. Please get it right.

This app has been useful for me to maintain only one copy of an image. I got annoyed with having to view a video before I could delete duplicates, so I got a subscription. Unfortunately, the paid version does NOT delete duplicate photos. It keeps asking me to grant permission, yet I cannot do that in my cellphone. Tells me that I have to create another folder to be able to do so. Even then, the app goes through the deletion process but actually does not delete marked photos.

Very frustrating. After scanning and finding over 7,000 duplicates, I watched the video and confirmed I wanted to delete all the marked duplicates. A green progress line showed until total number was reached. Then the green line was gone, but photos were not deleted. It just returned to showing me all the marked duplicates and taking me to the part where I have to choose between watching a video or buying Premium. Ugh!!!

I have to delete the exact duplicates (e.g. original is 11 MB, duplicate is 300kb), not just similar photos, and this app have found some of those! But sadly only some, like right about half of them, even though I chose the right folder. Wish it worked completely properly in that sense, plus would like it to have a threshold of marking the photos of size that is set below (less that 1 MB for example).

I found when i chose the option to find exact duplicates, some duplicates weren't exact at all. And I couldn't find any other photo duplicate deleting apps, so I sat and went through them all unchecking the ones that weren't exact. But it crashed when I was a good chunk in. So I tried again, and I was even further when it crashed again. Sigh. I just wasted hours of my life. Dunno what to say, I just feel a bit defeated about that. whatever, I'm not doing that again

Good, but needs improvement (I'll buy it!): 1- there should be the option of prioritize one specific folder (i.e. keep the original picture and delete the ones in WhatsApp folder) 2- the box to select/unselect the duplicates found is VERY small! You always end up previewing the image (which is a great option, but see below) 3- in preview of a duplicate image, when going back the selections, you're forced all the way to the top of the list (which means you'll have to do a loooong scrolling!).
