You can't set the time and date from your phone if you don't pay a monthly subscription and keep an active account. I don't need cellular connectivity but I still want to keep a diary. This camera falls short. Awesome quality photo/video, censor and lighting but a "sync time and date" option would be an easy thing to add. I'll edit my review to 5* and buy more cams if they add the ability to set T&D. They sold me on the camera but got greedy by requiring the subscription for such a basic option

Notifications for a new photo are good. However, app takes an extremely long time (10+ mins) to open. Sometimes I have to uninstall & reinstall the app just to get it to open because I will get a plain black screen after opening. Disappointing!

Absolutely great cameras especially the new ones get my photos and videos within about a minute of them being taken. Only downfall is there's a big old delay between a photo and a video so therefore a lot of times you don't get nothing on the video just be blank for 30 seconds or 15 seconds depending on if you got the gym three or two

Pretty cool. I have the "Pro 2.0" . I really like the video request option. If the photo doesn't show the bucks rack very well, I just click on "video request" and it sends me a 15 second HD video Prior to the update, my app had some gremlins for sure Still does but not as bad i prob should hav went with spy point 2 pack as far as $ goes If you hit eject on the battery pac your time and date defaults to when the unit was built Background noise in the videos. Sounds like a forklift. Very annoying

When I want a video it never sends it. especially when its important or something worth seeing. Moving on to a different brand this year.

When I first got the camera (Reveal Pro 3.0) and app 2-3 weeks ago it worked AMAZING other than sometime requested videos came through about 50-60% of the time. Up until this past week, worked amazing. I have the 5 shot picture mode on with 1 sec intervals, I'm being sent 5-10, sometimes more of the exact same picture, time sync is off. Even in mannuel time mode, time stamp is all over the place. I've rset camera and settings multiple times and even reinstall the app serval times.
