Since the recent update I can no longer connect to the box. Never had an issue with connectivity before but now it's just loading continuously 😟

90% of the time it doesn't connect, ended up having to jump out in the rain to adjust it under thr bonnet on the device Edit. Unfortunately I can't get it to connect at all. Pretty unacceptable for for an expensive optional extra. The product itself is great but I think I'll advise people stay clear of the bluetooth option as I feel pretty scammed out of the extra money. Update. Dyno showed it wasn't even doing anything, app never once connected. Paid for a remap isntead, huge difference

I stopped using this app in March 2021 as it was very temperamental, sometimes it would connect and sometimes it wouldn't and quite often it crashed so much so that I uninstalled it. Anyway thought I would give it another try today after reading it had had an update and low and behold it connected straight away with my box and so far it hasn't crashed.

Using Android app, finds TDI box, will not go to log in screen, but jumps straight to 'failed to pair', tried on its phone and works fine, tried 3 Android phones, same problem.....the app is badly flawed and doesn't inspire confidence in the hardware. Contacted 'support' but very limited with advice, turn on/off, reload etc. Hoping"support" comes good....

This is purely for the connectivity. Although I can pair with the unit, the unit and app don't recognise each other. This has been tried on smasung s6, s10 s21+ and tab 6 lite. This is something that needs to be sorted out as this seems to be a very common issue. I would tell everyone to steer clear of the Bluetooth option as it currently is.

App and Bluetooth are not good . Save your money and don't pay extra for the Bluetooth . Was advised to delete app and re start phone then download app again to sort out glitch which worked initially then next time when I tried to start app in csr to change chip settings it once again would not pick up the chip . Your quicker just jumping out and changing manually . Very disappointed in the extra money I was charged for the bluetooth . AVOID

Very temperamental, sometimes my phone connects and other times it doesn't. Unstable connection to the tuning box. Had this box and the app installed for or over 12 months and this problem has never improved. (2 stars). *This app has been updated.* Was asked to edit my review after an update that apparently fixed the connection problem, back to square one with a very unstable connection. (1 star). I would reccoment everyone to avoid the Bluetooth option, its extra money for an added problem

Thia app worked GREAT.....until the latest update.... Bluetooth used to pair in a matter of seconds.....now, after the update (which supposedly improved the pairing), when I open the app, the dots just keep going. I then have to close the app, then open again, accept, then it pairs in about 3 seconds (as it used to). Please fix this!!!! Thanks Eddie
