VUER is an application that allows you to monitor and analyze up to 4 Teradek encoder video feeds in real-time, all in 1080p HD. With a built-in histogram, false color, focus peaking, waveform monitor and vectorscope, digging into the details of your video streams has never been easier.TOOL BUTTONS PAGE 1:
HISTOGRAM -Adjust display mode (fullscreen, overlay, top and bottom), type of chart (luminance, RGB Parade, RGB Overlay), Opacity, Position and Size
WAVEFORM–Adjust display mode (fullscreen, overlay, top and bottom), type of chart (luminance, RGB Parade, RGB Overlay), Intensity, Opacity, Position and Size
VECTORSCOPE–Adjust display mode (fullscreen, overlay, top and bottom), type of chart (Cr/Cb or H/S), Intensity, Opacity, Overlay Position, and Overlay Size
FALSE COLOR– Select a Full-range IRE Guide or a Discrete guide (similar to ARRI or RED camera false color guides), enable IRE Guide overlay for reference on-screen
PEAKING–adjust peaking threshold
FOCUS ASSIST–focus assist color and intensity

Works sometimes. First time I used the app after downloading, it was unable to load data from the server and it gave me an error asking to refresh indefinitely. I rebooted my phone and was finally able to find and choose a source. However, anytime I wandered out of range and/or reconnected, video would go black. Only way to get sources back is to force quit and relaunch the app. Using this app for professional applications in film and TV production. Using a Pixel 2.

Vuer on IOS and iPad is a really great tool. The android app on a Pixel 3aXL is very buggy and some features are inaccessible. The view does not rotate with the phone, so it is impossible to access most of the app menu. It is also very difficult to add and assign cameras as that menu also does not display correctly. You can not scroll to see all settings or menus. My advice to anyone who brings an Android device for me to setup on Vuer is simply: "get an ipad".

Getting better, now it doesn't crash every time at least. Frame grabs capture but bug prevents them from exporting so the feature doesn't work. Randomly resets all settings. Still basically unusable, stick to iOS devices for this app.

Unable to see any camera sources and add them, running Android 11 on the Pixel 4A. UPDATE: Works 60% of the time on Android 11, where the same stream runs flawlessly on iOS. Random black screens, choppy picture and other issues are frequent.

Helps me so much as a boom op or sound mixer. Great backup when I'm unable to get a wired feed from camera team Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews. It's not perfect but is a great tool.

Had to update the firmware in the Serv Pros but now seems to work OK. The only snag I've found so far is that it only works in landscape mode. I'm using it on a P30 Pro with Emui 10.

Cannot connect with an android phone. This makes it incredibly hard to do your job on set when you don't have access to the monitors.

Straight up does not work on my pixel 6 pro while people right beside me are watching on their iPhones and iPads. Says no devices found when I'm on the correct wifi network.
