Whilst I enjoy having an app that has pre-recorded podcasts that I want to listen to, there are many flaws and bugs within the app. It lags heavily, plays the podcast when I've completely shut down the app, and does not show the chronological order of the podcasts. I would like to see these fixed so everyone's experiences are smoother and more enjoyable. Nova is an amazing radio station, my absolute favourite station, which is why I want you guys to improve on the Nova app. Thank you!!

Axial Networks

Since the October 2023 updates the app has become extremely unstable and frustrating. We were mostly using it for sky News Australia radio live feeds. Now if we can even get the app to complete loading it often just stops and in some cases ends up in a loop playing the same data track of several minutes over and over. Problems are appearing on both Android and iOS devices.

Top 5 worst apps on my phone. Buggy af. I've used it on 3 different devices and they all have the same issues and they're not even low end phones. Notification bar player doesn't show any info, not even a play pause button. So what's the point. Then, it disappears when I don't want it to and stays there when I want to get rid of it! I "closed" the app (not forced stopped) and music kept on playing in the background, with the notification bar non existent.Homescreenfunction on 3 devices not work

Exceptionally ordinary. Looks like I'm the only one reviewing this app on a Google Pixel 7 Pro running Android 14. For a flagship device, I'm not getting a flagship experience. It's the ONLY audio app that doesn't auto stop when disconnected from Bluetooth, won't auto start when reconnected, drops out constantly and when it does reconnect it then plays an annoying ad in the middle of content. When I briefly lose signal it'll drop out and won't restart until you go back and press play again 😕

You want people to use your app, but it constantly shuts down while in use, like after YOU happen to fo an update. Seriously, fix this issue. Otherwise, people are going to remove your app without any of YOU knowing

Very buggy. Says to enter more competitions in the "win" section of the app, however it doesn't exist, I only get random notifications about new competitions or emails and have to click on them to be able to enter. Not even going to try and bother connecting it via Bluetooth to Alexa from the reviews.
