It's very basic and has some minor inconveniences, such as being unable to customise the fitness trackers to only the ones you use. It gets annoying to have to scroll through all the pre downloaded and the ones that aren't downloaded to get the trackers I want.

It's an alright app. What really annoys me is that they have sports modes preset in the watch. And you can only add one more by selecting it in the app and load it to the watch (ok so far). When I want to have another mode it deletes the one I uploaded but keeps sport modes I never use! This is annoying and not costumer friendly at all. I have 5 sports modes I want and I can't have them on the watch.. I have to take my phone to the gym at all times

Ok so far. Received my watch yesterday. There's a few things I'd like to change about it, but the biggest issue is the weather is not accurate to my location and I cannot work out how to fix it. Location is turned on. Weather widget on phone is accurate to my location. Weather is turned on in APP. But temperature and forecast is incorrect and does not match my phone. I even downloaded several other weather apps to see if that was the issue. I still does not match.

*Removed a star on 8/6. notifications/calls aren't coming thru. There are some great features (find my phone!) but it does not sync unless I specifically go in to the app and sync it (permissions granted for everything). I have so many days where there is no activity despite wearing my tracker. For $30ish dollars it's not a deal breaker but it is rather frustrating. I've also had the tracker for 5 months and the rose gold color has worn down to a brassy gold. It looks awful with the pink band.

Smartwatches need a trouble free App to be useful. FitCloudPro is reliable and user friendly, doing a decent job. Additionally, it provides mapping features, well, it took me a while to find out. Homescreen top left: Tap the 'running man' symbol, a selection screen appears with these options: Walking, Running, Hiking. Walking and Running use the GPS of the smartphone and create a map. I use Running for Cycling :)

Seems to be working, basic app , identical to Kumi app, custom faceplate is very basic, just predefined a few locations and a few fonts allowing you to add time and date to own picture. No other options to add at all. Kind of ridiculous idea of custom faceplate on a smartwatch if can add just 2 options? Perhaps adding option like heart rate, o2, battery status, calories ,etc could make more logical approach for a smartwatch custom faceplate. Cannot set heart rate sensor test frequency.

This app doesn't work for a smart watch ⌚ which comes with earphones. There's NO Dial function and NO button to accept incoming calls. It was just showing notifications of the incoming calls, then after some necessary permissions were given to the watch during testing it started to show a button to Drop a call. For NFC it displays a weird message on the watch screen (connections have nothing to do with landlords, as that is a separate bill, and some owners have no landlords).

It's okay; I mean, I can track everything, but the tracking of my steps and other activities isn’t accurate. The app continuously disconnects from my device, even though my Bluetooth is connected. It keeps prompting me to connect and pair my watch, despite the constant disconnections. Additionally, it reconnects to Bluetooth on its own when I'm using other devices or Bluetooth headphones, even after I've specifically turned off the features I don’t want in the settings.
