The app is trash. Works about a 1/3 of the time. Re installed multiple times. Now I can't even sign in. 30 credits in there, I can't use. If your bar or restaurant has touch tunes, throw it in the trash and go with AMI. there's a reason 90% of the bars in my area don't use touch tunes. Don't bother downloading or spending money with them. When you report the problems you won't hear back. 100% FLAMING DUMPSTER FIRE. ID GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION

This app used to be great, but for some reason, it is now completely unusable. For some reason, it thinks I'm located in the middle of the ocean of the coast of africa- I'm deep in the midwest. This is not a problem wih my phone, as all my other apps correctly display my location. Even when I am finally able to search the world map for my bar, it gives me an error every time I try to pay for a song. I've got 30 credits loaded up on my account and I want to spend them or get a refund. Please help

Only my favorite songs are listed. Miss the means to go under tab that had everything listed from 60s rock to country. Now only thing I can find is only my favorite songs. Can't you go back to the original way? You keep changing things just when people start to get use to it. It was perfect the first way yal are making it worse every time you mess with it. Gonna use my credits and then delete app.

New version is horrid. DO NOT UPDATE TO IT! Nothing but problems! Someone PLEASE explain to me how to get back to the previous version. I am updating this review because there is no option in Google play store to add review for newest app I downloaded on 9/16/24. First it doesn't show the Que of songs in line to be played, secondly .. I have 17,695 songs played so I've been using Touch Tunes since inception and newest app doesn't work with VPN on (Norton 360), first time for this issue.

This latest update is horrible. They took away the que for the entire box. You can only see the songs you have pending now. So if you're gonna leave in a bit, you can no longer tell if you have time to play a few songs and actually hear them before you go. There is no longer a browse function. If you don't know the song or artist you wanna listen to, it shows you nothing. No more going "Hmm, I'll play that, oooo I haven't heard that in a while," and so on. You fixed what wasn't broke.

The updated app is horrendous. I completely lost all of my available credits, I lost all of my status for the thousands and thousands of songs played over the years & I lost all my song history. Whoever came up with the idea up to update the app needs fired. Seriously. It's an absolute flop. I cannot express enough how bad TouchTunes screwed this up.

Hate the update. Already had to delete and reinstall just to see locations. Hard to find what's playing next. Can't find Playlist. If I searched an artist, it used to show all their music in one list. Now I have to know what album it was on and hope the song I picked was not the live version?

I'm having the same problems as all others with the new updated version. I've been using this app for years with no problems. Once updating my credits, payment options and favorites have all disappeared. And the strange thing is I don't have auto updates on my phone so at this point I'm not even sure how it updated. It's horrible now and not user friendly. People if it's not broke don't fix it.
