It was promising when the new layout was just introduced, no problem with logging in, buying credit and package. But that didn't last long. It's back to logging in (everytime) by clicking on the link sent via sms, which didn't work. I resorted to using *363#, which is far more reliable. I can't install mytelkomsel app on this phone because of the OS.

i'm taking back the three stars i gave you because i realize that i was too generous and that this app sucks beyond anything. a user has pointed out, just who in the world think it's a good thing to give different version of app for users based on their android version. this lite version is not helpful at all now. for every single time i log in, the app crashed, no option to buy credits, and more often than not error happens when i want to buy package.

This app has too many bugs. Login page shows up everytime you press the login button... even though your login are supposed to be successful and if it is successful... you must relogin every time you opens the app. Page turns white when you want to do a transaction, so your transaction ends up failled. It is clear that this app is low on maintenance... considering how rarely they updated the app... even though there is so much negative comments bouts the bugs inside it.

Edited - 1 to 4 stars. Okay so I found out how to open the link. For some reason samsung messages app forcing to open from their browser, or open in chrome. I copied and pasted the link to whatsapp, then open it, only then I can choose the telkomsel lite app to open the link. Seems like issue inside the messaging app from samsung I guess, even though there is already integration in default app -- but still I think it is not this app's fault. My bad.

I can't access the original version of MyTelkomsel app. It says that my phone version doesn't support the new version. So i install the lite version, but sorry it is so annoying because i get limited features in it, then the app seems so slow to get the respond. Please upgrade and revise the original app so it's not just new phone version can access it

Everytime i used to check the package, it just white blank screen. I can't to installed the main app of mytelkomsel too because it's not compatible with my phone. I mean if you want to upgrade your main app, why you not to repair the lite app in advance? So both user can get good experience. no matter what my phone is, I paid for quota too and I have the right to get good experience and good quality.

So disappointing bcs Telkomsel choose to 'separate' their users based on Android version. I was so happy to use the old ver of MyTsel which is now only users with more 'expensive' phone can access it. So much disappointment towards this lite version because this app is sucks. Error package options, every.single.time. Have you review your own app? Hope you can do better than only offer this not very useful app and treat your other half users as equal as the other ones that access the MyTsel app.

This afternoon I wanted to update MyTelkomsel app only to found out my Android 6.0 phone couldn't support the newest app any longer, so I decided to install the lite version. Unfortunately, this lite version won't let me login and buy data package easily because until now I can't login. The link provided only directed me to weird webpage telling me to download something with many ads included. Please fix this. I simply just want to buy data package.
