Horrible experience and I've used other app in past. QR code for machine is on top on a small panel in credit card part. Why? Hard to find! Its not convenient height either for people under 5'4". You have 2 LARGE qr codes on front of machine to advertise app though. App kept closing, wi-fi and 5g worked terribly at location. The credit card reader didn't work and said swipe again. When I did my 10% that worked before was removed. Want refund for 2 of us.

I can't even logged into my account with my email and I tried to reset the password but all it says was unknown user. So they have my information without letting me able to logged into my account.

Garbage and doesn't work. When it does, it wants you to add money that you can never get back. I would just go back to quarters.

Ive been going 2tumble fresh 4yrs. I've noticed they haven't had many customer appreciation discounts . That's what got me hooked. I've slowed down tremendously in using their services cuz of that reason. I do have 2say,'the biggie washer' is over priced. I've only used when discount was offered. Couldnt afford it They do keep most locations clean&respond 2yr needs i timely manner. Such as refunds, servicing equipmentet. But beware at some locations,wise 2lock up yr valuables.. Enjoy!

Terrible app. Doesn't connect to wi-fi and no explanation on how to use it. I think you're supposed to add money somehow but no idea where in the app to do it. It says to scan QR code but there was no QR code on the machine other than the one to download the app. The aggrevation of this app is not worth the pittance you'd save.

Can't connect inside Tumble fresh location. Had to go outside to log in to app and quick start machine. Go Back inside to push start button on machine. Frustrating. Old fascard app had no problems. Would rather use quartets.

This girl was very helpful when I couldn't get the machine going! I think they called her Tumbles! She does a very good job at keeping the place clean! And I probably shouldn't say this but she has a smoking hot body! But this is my new place to wash my cloths at!! 6 stars hands down!!

I used to like this place when it first opened. Coon Rapids loc. They offered discounts, coupons for free washes etc.. but, no offers or, discounts the last 2 visits to wash some big blankets. INSTEAD the prices are a JOKE! WHY SO MUCH? $12 FOR A LOAD!? THE NEXT SIZE DOWN Is $9.50 for med! $6.50 for a TINY washer!! NOWAY! You're not serving free pop & snacks! Never seen 1 worker so, no reimbursement when machines don't work! Also, the place was filthy!! HIRE PPL or, cut prices in half!
