Straight forward, I couldn't find my remote. So I looked for a remote app, my TV is Hisense and has VIDAA integrated. I've had problems like this before with other smart tvs and the apps were intermittent. This worked like a charm, no hiccup no gimmicks. Literally prompted a password on my actual TV and synced it with the app. Needed it to change my input settings to put the PS4 on for my kids, you guys are legit. Keep up the good work. Helped me in a tight spot for sure i highly recommend it👌

This is now my THIRD Hisense TV in 3 years. The previous two broke and I had to claim on warranty. So far these are not reliable TVs. Third time setting up this app and third time I'm unable to connect. I've been trying for 20 minutes already. They do not seem to know what they are doing. The app is still useless. Last review of this was Feb 2023...so it's been over a year and still one star

It was a super simple and great app but the remote function suddenly stopped working. I reached out for support but ultimately ended with a phone to contact that was out of service . As long as that bug doesn't occur to you it should be a phenomenal app to use but for me I will have to find an alternative

Giving this a 2 star review because it used to work excellently for almost a year (downloaded it around mid 2023) and I've been trying to use it recently but it won't connect despite the fact that my TV and mobile phone are always connected to my home WiFi automatically when I'm home. Just today, I've downloaded the update but it can't search and connect to my Hisense Tv anymore while previously it used to work just well without any problems.

No muss, no fuss, no coconuts. TV instantly opened code window the moment app started. After verifying and 3 step guide app is ready to use. Just miss the feel of the buttons and the hardware layout. Touch buttons are great, until you blindly reach at the screen. While the virtual remote is perfect usable, I prefer the physical. Off to the store to get those damn AAA batteries, yet at a lifespan of 2 yrs with stock batteries, it's not that big a deal. What to do with all the extra AAs around 🤔

There is a fatal flaw with this app. You can play a vid, cast to tv or you can use the remote part of the app but not together so while you're casting your vid you can't control the volume. And it doesn't remember where you're vid position so when you jump out to adjust the volume you have to restart the vid and hope you remember where you were up to.

Two issues: 1. The remote has no guide BUTTON!? 2. The app opens up at the TV apps screen. I don't want any of these apps either on my TV or this app; you can't uninstall them from your TV (!!) and you can't hide them in this app, only re-order them. Honestly I wouldn't get a Hisense TV again, just get a Sony Android TV!

Hisense A6K 50" bought several days ago, and I can't connect my mobile phone Samsung A32 for using it like a remote. Both devices are on the same WiFi net, the app is updated, and the router was restarted. Still no connection. I can't recomend nor app, or the TV! My mobile phone works on the TVs from another brands. This option just make me stressfull, maybe it would be better without it?
