Absolutely useless. I have the tickets from another source, did the checkin via in-town and got the bracelets via Tazz. However, there's no way to add the tickets here in the app, to facilitate top-up etc. Not to mention that when I try to add a card, the keyboard on screen disappears instantly. Useless, as I said. Latest version btw.

Updates every other day, application freezes if not updated without explanation. "Oops, something went wrong" messages are the norm. You are being logged out while younuse the app. Email confirmation doesn't work, no way to see your already bought ticket in the app. Two years ago it was useful, now it's utter trash, with glitter on top.

Cannot even do the check-in because it crashes the app when trying to upload a picture. Confirmation e-mail of the account is sent without being signed by untold (guess who sent you the email and click on it if you trust them). The option to check-in is "hidden" somewhere inside the page so it makes your experince feel more like a tresure hunt: "find the button"

The performance is terrible this year, the app crashes randomly when you go to My Lineup. While trying to add artists to my lineup from the list of all artists the app crashes. There is no way to add your existing ticket to the app, no way to top up your bracelet. Basically you can only buy tickets and check the lineup. The whole app can be replaced with the Untold website. Please don`t send me a generic reply, just fix the performance of the app and the issues, maybe get better testers and devs

3 days before the event and the app only now gets an update but it still does not have the basic functionalities as schedule, artists, stages or maps. It just says try again. Hope there will be physical maps at the festival with the program. The app feels like it was made by students. Edit: updated to 7.0.1 as suggested, i scroll down the artists lists and get the error message "ups, something went wrong"

Cannot see my corporate pass in the app, even though I used the same details that were used for check-in. So no top-up for me in the app... Map still not available, even if the play store update said map was added. 2 days till the event and no map, really?!?! The activation email has a button that does not work on Android, apparently no serious testing was performed. Cluj is a central hub for IT and this app seems like a joke...how is this possible?!?!

All those things said are true for 2023: . Need to login again after every update . Not loading when you need it - in the middle of th festival, so not sure how should that work offline as it seems to rely much on network connection . Map might load or not and the filters on it work randomly and I didn't see the entrances being marked there . No way to add your bracelet, hence top up the amount (even if cold do that - you need to activate it) I was expecting a bit more gor not a new app.

Looks like it was made by an amateur student, a lot of redundant menus (artists and stages - how about "schedule"?) and pages like Shop where there are no stocks, only after the festival is over. It does have partners page (like it would help anyone) but for top up I have to search on google. I'd expect more, sorry, it just looks like a waste of money.
