Update: The Waze issue below was fixed again for a couple of months but it's now (about 3 weeks) broken again. It takes 3 or 4 touches to get going instead of one! 😕 For the past number of months Waze would open up and navigate with a single touch of the Navigate key in the app. Today it dappears that feature is broken where it takes 3 or 4 touches to navigate to customer (used to be like that months ago). Please fix this as it causes unnecessary touches and further distraction.

Nice app, nice layout. BUT this app will crash a Google Pixel 6 phone when there is a high demand for drivers. In the last month it has crashed my whole phone 5 times. It also sucks the battery life of the phone. I can start at 100% and within 4 hours my phone will be down to 40%. Would be nice for this app to work with all phones not just Apple and Samsung

Currently using a Google Pixel 2. Echoing comments regarding innacurate google maps when hitting the navigate button in the app. Will try out waze instead, but would be nice if it was addressed. Also, i find with my phone docked to an air vent in my dashboard, some of the text is very small (pick up/drop off addresses). It would be a dream come true if there was some Android Auto integration!

Getting completely wrong addresses when linked with Google maps, which is supposed to be more accurate than the other 2 navigation options offered in-app. The difference in addresses is not merely location accuracy being a few houses away, it is sending me to addresses never previously used and usually 5 minutes away. Have screenshots recorded. Please fix, I have deleted and downloaded the app again too many times ! It is also no good on Wi-Fi, must have a good data plan to use (full-time).

This new system is lacking allot compared to their older system. Allot of information is now hidden from the contract drivers. The built in map, though is accurate is also slow. While using it, it is often pale to drive past your destination before it shows you that you are their. The pop up window for ride requests only works when your in the uride driver app. Did not show when your in other navigation apps. This is not a safe option for when your driving and must keep up your ride reqest

The app glitches very often. I was deactivated without warning and for no apparent reason. When a driver makes a suggestion to management, they are either ignored or dismissed. Riders cancel often and there is no cancellation fee for drivers. The company misrepresents what the pay rate and make inaccurate claims. Rides can be way below minimum wage and lower when you take into account rising gas prices.

PROs -Fast Shifts, Paid WEEKLY, Set your own hours, park in your favorite staging spots, 12hr shifts get 1hr paid break. If you don't use your break you get paid extra, work 12hrs earn 13!! Cons - Address Pin Errors. Clients report trying to correct the address after the app changed it and the app will select the wrong pin again. Since the update the app doesn't show tip totals or weekly or lifetime ride totals. There needs to be a MINIMUM 10% FUEL SURCHARGE added into the fees applied.

Uride cheat with drivers, every payment mistake, I was completed guranted 12am to 6 am shifts , they did not pay me , when I ask they said you not complete single ride , If night time people not booked ride that's driver fault , I m in charlottetown this small area ,
