Stopped working! After starting the app the BT connection is available for a short time. When I select it, the app tries to establish the connection, but times out. All next prompts to select the BT device show OBDeleven BT dongle as inactive (it is flashing red light all the time)! A few days ago it ran slow, but at least it connected.

Update has made this app very painful and difficult to use. I'm in IT and followed all thr troubleshooting steps... software issue at this point due to update. It was working just fine before. Disappointing! Can't use this for its purpose 😡 it gets stuck on modules. I've been messing with this for almost 45 minutes now to do a simple scan.

Bought the PRO version last year. I was able to do long coding without purchase of credits, which worked great. Now I can't. Everything is locked behind a paywall and I can't do much of anything with this aside from check and clear codes. Very disappointing. I should have just got VCDS from the beginning.

I used to be able to connect seamlessly to the dongle that's plugged into the OBD port it will not connect since the last update. I've done all the appropriate steps including uninstalling and reinstalling the app and forgetting the Bluetooth connection and relearning it nothing seems to work quite frustrating. Update 9/18: I've worked with the help done steps 1 through 7 multiple times. Reinstall the app and restarted my phone more times than I would like to admit,still unable to connect

everytime I start the app it says there is another app and asks if you want to open that app, then when opening that app it again says there is another app and it opens the first app again to give me the exact same message. I bought the adapter with pro subscription for a year but it is completely useless, anything that I want to change is either not supported, or it gives an error when trying to change, wasted money...

Great app. Only two things that would be really helpful is the ability to create a chart template so you can load into already preselected data and the ability to search for data in charts like live coding.

Had the app for a long time now. Connections and scans are very slow. Translation and functionality for many models are incomplete and older cars are rarely revised. It works if you follow vcds instructions. Just get VCDS.

Good app, good plug in device but why the hell would I pay £66 for a year subscription to maybe do a couple of functions a year. I've already payed £40 for the plug in device, make no sense.
