This is anti-tech. It replaces a physical doorbell but functions worse. We have missed many deliveries because either their servers or internet cuts out. You know what has 5 9s of uptime? A copper wire and a button... If this also worked with a physical bell, it would be ok since you could answer while away. If you are home but they ring your roommate, you will miss the delivery since there is no multicast support & deliveries will only try one user (who is not home and less likely to answer).

As far as I understand only one person, choosen by the person at the door, gets the call from the door. This is a big design flaw, because it makes the product inferior to a doorbell, if multiple people share one apartment, since if the person misses the call or is not at home, the other people are not even aware of the ringing. This is especially annoying when expecting deliveries. There is also no history or option to move the call to another user.
