The actual app interface works fine, but connecting the lights is a nightmare. Sometimes they connect instantly with no issue, sometimes one light will randomly decide to not work for a few weeks, and today none of the lights will connect at all. I managed to connect to them on a friends phone, but as of right now, they no longer function with my phone.

Won't pair, so it is useless. Can't pair with a T12BT. I've tried opening the app first then switching on the unit (expected), I've also tried having the unit on as I open the app. The app never finds anything to list. My bluetooth works! The tutorial has no info in case it won't pair. I assume that the app should work with all releases of the unit - also not covered. Very dissapointing.

Frustrating!!!!! When it works, its mediorcre. I gave up trying to pair the devices. Im a techie, so i know what i am doing. If, and thats a big IF, you can get them paired, dont even move. You'll lose the connection and have to start over. Sound active mode is not the same as on the unit. Have to set to 100% sensitivity to maybe work via the app. When i dont use the app, i have to lower the sensitivity. Frustrating!!!!!

This app takes awhile to find my Colorband t3 products. Also, when removing colors from a scheme (scroll, rainbow etc) the app goes back to the main page after displaying a message in some kind of asian language. I wish the fade was slower. Even on the slowest setting, it's too fast. I want to be able to control my color bands with all the options a DMX controller would have. Zone controls (e.g outer lights green, center blue). This app, as is, does not do that

Horrible. Pairing with lights is a nightmare. At our last gig, we couldn't switch on the lights at all. I've reinstalled the app on both my phone and my tablet - occasionally one or two lights go on (we have four SlimPAR T12BT), but honestly, I really wish I'd never opted for Chauvet.

This app is a good first step, but only a first step. It does not allow me to easily control the brightness and color of individual fixtures, or set up custom groups, or rename light fixtures. It does not show my adjustments in real time. What it can do is very limited. Compared to the Philips Hue app it's very primitive. Yes, the Hue app is for a different audience, but all of its features should be applicable to what BTair is trying to do. Looking forward to a new, improved version.

thank you marina for the review from 2021. the app connected fine 1 day and the next we spent over an hour trying to connect.. was about to give to and saw your review about turning on location so i give you stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟. ( I even initially selected allow location on the app and that didn't seem to matter)

This app needs way more improvements, the interface in fine, but connecting lights is not effortless as the description says. I've had the app for over a year and everytime I try to connect my 3T BT light bars the app has a really hard time finding the fixtures. (they are set to the right settings) I have to restart my phone for it to work and sometimes it just never works and it's very irritating, I would never use this app at a live performance because it's unpredictable.Overall great concept
