I am very disappointed with Voxa. Luckily I only had a monthly subscription. At some point I could no longer listen on the app or web. I followed all the suggested steps (reinstall, clear cache, etc.) but it did not work. I sent two more emails, with no reply. I paid for at least two weeks without using the service. I like the books and their variety, but it is frustrating to pay for a subscription and not be able to use it.

You have to log in from browser to cancel or change the subscription. Also there are some books with bad audio.

Really good app. Good variety of books, themes, subjects. I think the choice of readers for the audio books is spot on (i mostly listen in the car).

While it works on iPhone, I cannot login on the app on my Android phone . I have tried also on a different Android phone, without any positive results. Second, the search function is extremely primitive, it does not allow any filters or refining

Too often, too many updates! Last update didn't work, and now my access in the app is blocked!

Please add more narration speed increments. The app is pretty great and easy to use but it would be nice to have more narration speeds available. Most of the time 1.2x seems too slow and 1.5x is too fast. Consider adding at least 0.1 increments between options. Thank you!!

Please consider making it available for Android auto. That would make control easier and safer in the car. A skipback of a few seconds would also be nice when there is an sms or a call. Later edit: App is now available in Android auto. Thank you for adding this feature.

A really bad experience here, had issues logging in even though I had more than a week left on my subscription and could not finish my book, basically I paid for the days I could not use the app and they (Alexandra Surdoiu in my case) didn't extend or do anything just wishing me a "good day".
