Overall pretty good, and easy to use once you're familiar with it, though some features don't work on App which is a pity, and it does seem to need updating with glitches rather often. Reviews don't always show up, and one or two other things but the WP team are pretty responsive and generally sort things out fairly quickly

Facebook or Google login do not work. Login with email neither works. Every time I open the app, a new error appears. On the website from laptop I have the same problems. I have been also in contact with the customer service, they didn't manage to fix the issue. It's really a pity because I am getting many emails from volunteers, and I can't reply.

App is ok to keep track of volunteers with the caledar function. Messaging is limited and also THERE ARE NO NOTIFICATIONS for new messages. You have to remember to open the app every few days in order not to miss out on applications. Did not expect that, should be a basic function in my opinion.

Not happy with Worldpackers customer service. Emailed several times about the rating system but get no response; the system does not calculate the average star reviews properly. It takes the lowest star review and makes it your rating. Making becoming one of their "top hosts" almost impossible to achieve. Also the travellers rate how fun their experience was so if I can't make sure every task they help with is fun then I get a low rating. Definitely caters to travellers and unfair for hosts :(

Some of the places I have been to shouldn't even be allowed to post. The safe places I have been to, worldpackers won't let them utilize the worldpackers program because of previous problem people from worldpackers. Unsafe environments all over the U.S.. And then when I went to complain about my experiences they kicked me out. I have only had great reviews about myself and gone above and beyond expectations and because worldpackers doesn't want bad reviews they booted me for telling the truth!
