This app is terrible. It's used as a selling point on Xterra Fitness' website claiming compatibility with the TRX3500. The device connects sometimes, and if you disconnect it from the treadmill, the treadmill will be stuck in manual with no access to programs, and you have to reboot the treadmill to either reconnect the app, or even to use the equipment normally again. While it is connected, no programs show up, and you don't actually have access to any controls as advertised. Fitbit updates are broken, and when you try to use the 'music' in-app quick key it tries to launch your email. If I were able to give less than one star I would. I can only assume that the five star ratings are put in there by the company, because I could never see a user giving that rating in this app's current state.

Does the job i guess. Allows me to control my cross-trainer via the tiny screen on my phone rather than the large custom made screen on the cross-trainer. Buttons on app are tiny, its easy to accidentally cancel your workout. You MUST use the app to control your machine if you want to record your workout. Constantly fails to bluetooth connect to brand new cross trainer and keeps prompting to download the 'xterra+' app, which isnt compatible with a lot of xterra devices...

It works....ish. App is locked to landscape mode for some reason, but it connected to my TRX3500 and worked fine as far as setting a workout or start/stop. Doesn't seem to sync data with MyFitnessPal, Withings, Strava, Google Fit or MacroFactor, which would be absolutely lovely to have. For people buying this treadmill specifically for app function, look elsewhere. However I just want to run, and that's very doable if you don't mind a clunky interface.

The key feature I wanted was to start programs from my phone... Screenshots look like it should do this, but my phone jumps from p2 to connecting to the treadmill to the workout, no choice of programs allowed. If I try to go back to the Programs tab from the workout, it tells me I cannot. Annoyed.

Very poorly developed app. Once it was connected to the machine through Bluetooth, I couldn't select any program in the panel. The app in the phone did not provide any program to use either. This is a completely useless app.

Very basic, ugly and poorly written app, not intuitive at all and actually makes it harder to use the treadmill (trx4500) than manually pressing the buttons on the treadmill itself. When you're spending ££££ on a treadmill you expect something a bit more polished than this.

The Bluetooth function no longer detect any surrounding Bluetooth devices as used to be, this might be because my Android os upgraded to the latest version? Please review and check. Thanks!

Doesn't bring much value for me compared to using the console (FSX2500), just marginally better UI. I hoped for Google Fit integration, but there's none. Crashes on start on S21 (Android 12).
