Used to work very well but now it often says no info available. As an alternative, you can use google map and click on the stop. Make sure you read what destination it's showiing as for some stops where both directions are right opposite each other, Google will show the time for both directions in one screen. Go a little early, as it's not always very accurate.

Edit: well it's started working again, which is a relief. Hopefully it continues to do so. ------------------- Unfortunately it looks like this app is no longer being maintained. I've not been able to get any tram schedules for awhile now, the app says it is unable to retrieve the requested information. And only a blank screen shows. It's a real shame because it was so useful when it worked. I hope they get back on track soon.

When it works it's ok. However sometimes it said a tram is coming but suddenly it disappeared from your screen. Other times especially early in the morning, the tram you normally takes not showing on the screen, you wondered if there's something wrong with the tram and it got cancelled or what; then 10 minutes later it reappeared on the schedule. Currently it hasn't been working for 3 days.

Tram Tracker App has stopped working. I've deleted and reinstalled the app. Brings up the tram stops in my location fine, but then when I select a stop, it states that it doesn't have the information. Tried the feedback link and it also seems dead. What's happening? Anyone know?

This app was my go to, for tram travel. But for the past week or so it crashes immediately after launching. This means it's less than useful. I'd give it zero stars if I could. They don't appear to monitor comments or post them for potential users to see. Also I see that it's been almost 2 years since it was updated. That says alloy about commitment to customer service.

Works for what it needs to, more useful than PTV generally is for trams specifically. I like the feature that lets one look up the individual tram number. Feels like it's got unused buttons for features that ain't there/stopped being supported, i.e.: special offers button leads to an emtpy page.

What an utterly useless application this is. So you select the route, say 57, you select the direction of travel, towards City and you get 3, that's right, a whole 3 options. Option 1 is in the correct direction as is option 2. Option 3, for some idiotic reason, is in the opposite direction. It's honestly astounding that they could get something so fundamentally wrong!

Yay it's fixed and working again after a few days off
