سیاوش قمیشی (زادهٔ ۲۱ خرداد ۱۳۲۴ در دزفول خوزستان)، آهنگساز و خواننده سرشناس ایرانی مقیم لس آنجلس است. سیاوش قمیشی تاکنون ۱۸ آلبوم موسیقی و ۱۵ تک آهنگ منتشر کرده‌است.

سیاوش قمیشی اولین هنرمند ایرانی است که توانسته است هر چهار رکن ترانه، آهنگ، تنظیم و خوانندگی یک آهنگ را خود به تنهایی انجام بدهد. او به عنوان پایه گذار سبک موسیقی ترنس در ایران شناخته می‌شود. تنها فرزند او علیرضا قمیشی خوانندهٔ مقیم ایران هست.
