App is fine but Sporting Pay app is too slow!! Can't use it in food lines because it just sits there not opening. People waiting in line so you can't wait for the app to load. I try to open the app in advance but it times out too quickly to do that. It would be nice if the time out was extended a bit longer to allow folks to open while in line to allow for slow load times and for people to check their balance. I use a new Android phone.

Doesnt update content all the time and some pages dont interface well, especially the store page- it feels like it just takes you to an in app browser. They also need to fix mobile ordering. I waited 20 minutes after I ordered with no notification it was done, so i went to the stand and they hadnt started my food and had 4 people ahead of me. THEN, I had to wait another 20 minutes while the regular line got served. I missed the whole second half and had 5 mins to eat my nachos.

The app successfully opens less than 1/4 of the time. Season ticket members get a discount if paying using the app. Unfortunately, this perk is not accessible if the app won't load at the check out. Most of the time I'm forced to pay outside the app due to it being nonfunctional when it's needed.

Application Consistency is the biggest issu I understand integrations of different feature sets. However, things like S Pay or obtaining your tickets should work at least 90% of the time on user opening and authentication, It doesn't. I've actually had to restart the app multiple times on a S23 U multiple times. I've even had to re register my S Pay in line after 5 minutes before using it for a hot dog. Links both primary and sub links like "Blue Rewards" fail. Perfecto Mobile could help here.

EDIT on 2/24/22--STILL doesn't detect location accurately. Was not able to view a game that was supposed to be available ONLY in MO and KS.. I live in a suburb of KC and it kept telling me that the broadcast was not available "in my area.". Very frustrating, since this means I will NOT be able to use it during the season either. / Original post in April of 2021: Pretty USELESS if we can't actually see the game in Kansas City!! Who's team is this anyway???!!!

All season figured they were on Bally Sports then used Espn + to try to watch but restricted. Just found they are free here. Better than nothing. Game is tomorrow and will try it. Hopefully there is a Firestick version. I should add that I use YouTube TV and don't get Bally Sports or 38 The Spot. But not knowing never attempted a antenna. I think I will use app.

It's amazing what people expect from their phone. In this case, it's ridiculous. If you want to watch the game on a big screen, any device with a current web browser that can attach to your television can stream the game. I watched last night on my 32"4x monitor. Other than the on-field performance, it looked great at 1080p and expanded to 3840 x 2160. The reviews that complain about tv quality when casting from their phone reveal lack of technical understanding. If you want higher resolutions, 4g won't do it. Most phone apps also limit streaming video resolution to 640 x 360. 5G hasn't been fully deployed yet everywhere, especially near major airports.

Despite being in the region for viewing SKC games, often, including last night, the app says that the match isn't available in my region. My location services are on, so this is on the app's end. Please fix!
