No longer used this app, I subscribe a package almost a year, then suddenly without any notice, they changed the policy without announcement to the customer. So this month automatically debet from Google Play, in 2 days we can watched the channels but suddenly in day 3 almost all channel that used to be watched cannot longer to be watch. It said this is a subscribe channel. When I asked to CS they just said we changed the policy. Il

If I could give 0, I would do it, because this app is such a rip-off. I bought a yearly plan to watch badminton, but I cannot watch any badminton match in Asian Games on my Android TV. It stops with a huge logo for 15 minutes, then suddenly closes. I did try to reach the CS through WA, thinking it would be responsive, but nah, the CS was so slow and useless, that it repetitiously asking what is my problem without giving me any meaningful solution. What a disgrace. MNC should be ashamed of this.

Unwatchable. Video resolution can't be set, so it just fluctuate constantly and often drop below 360p and impossible to watch on TV. UI is unintuitive and keep showing channel list. These are just BASIC things that exist in any other streaming service and i'm very disappointed that simple things like this are complicated in the app

Just like a scam. not user friendly, not very easy to use, very difficult to operate. When you buy a package, the intended stream is very difficult to open. loading takes a very long time and the desired stream doesn't appear. However, when you click back, the audio streaming appears without a video display. this keeps repeating itself.

This app is deceiving. Be careful for new users / subscribers. Very tricky. I don't use Vision+ at all, except for Euro Cup only.... other than that, I'd rather use subscription on another streaming service with the red background and single white letter ... that one is much much friendlier and not deceiving, and very good service. Vision+ is not worth subscribing, unless you wanna watch Euro 2024 since the company is the only one that hold the rights for FTA and Streaming in Indonesia.
