The Nebula Mobile APP provides you with the necessary tools to monitor and set up your networks. For a full network administration, we recommend to use the Nebula Control Center web portal. Sign-in to Nebula Control Center with a social account (Google/Apple) works with Chrome or Edge browsers; Firefox is not supported.
Important: this software has been built specifically for mobile use. For tablet use, it is recommended to access Nebula website https://nebula.zyxel.com/ through web browser instead.

Not able to sign into app. Website lets me sign in, no error message. Update: Thanks for the quick response, where can I send a response to obtain the apk? Symptom at the moment is: login page refreshes and the ends at same page as before, nothing filled in the fields. At the moment I do not have 2fa turned on.

Used to be better. I've been encountering several bugs in the general platform. However I've received help with most of them. The new app introduced crashing whenever you register a usg flex. Which forces you to restart the app to go through the, ztp process. If you don't use the app, you don't get to complete the ztp (zero touch provision). Please do more testing before you release subpar user experiences. Just my two(ore more) cents.

Needs more information in the app (such as channels the APs are using, which band the wireless clients are using, the wifi bandwidth, clients attached to the AP, change radio channels etc). Other brands show this information in their apps. It is also on the Nebula webpage (mobile webpages are poor). Given other providers offer better data, I will be changing providers.

App functions broadly speaking, but it logs you out very frequently and 2fa is a pain to use. Needs option to stay logged in perpetually given the phone itself is secure. Average at best, would consider other vendors if regular mobile management is required.

Love the new design, easy to navigate. My only downside is that I am now unable to change the upload and download limit of available ssids, either on the app or the web console of nebula. Can you please advise why this cannot be set now.

This app is useless: when trying to add devices, the qr code reader doesn't work and if you enter the serial number and MAC address manually, it says it can't find the device. Waste of time.
