Love it, room for future improvements. The UI could use a refresh, feels very "sterile". Since I got a new version of the app, 2 months ago, the experience has been much improved. Although the "One Touch Unlock" feature seems to need the app to opened. I got the Alfred Connect set-up and attached to my Google home and it's amazing! Voice commands, added to a routine in the Google Home. Excited to see what comes next!

Hardware/customer support are great, the app itself is good but in order to be perfect it needs an update. The activity tracking should show you which pincodes are being entered so you can track which users are entering at what time. Currently it only shows if the door was unlocked via app, key, or pincodes so this update would make the whole system a better security tool. I know you can set time windows for each pincode but seeing the detailed activity would offer more peace of mind/evidence

At first, the required app kept crashing. Tried a few days later, no issues. Set everything up, tried to connect to my Google Home, only to find out a hub was required. Hunted one down, programming on both super easy. Installation had its moments (RTFB). If buying one, get the hub right away and save yourself some grief. Sturdy product, I'd definitely buy another.

Has potential but still lacks functionality. I was told that the one-touch function would be fixed in the latest release. It was not. Takes about 10 minutes for the app to realize I'm inside the geo fence. Obviously by that time I'm already inside my house, making this functionality pointless. Giving only 3 starts because of this issue. Hoping it will be resolved soon.

Very frustrated. I'm not sure whether it's it's app issue or a hardware issue but this sometimes works and other times not. There are spelling mistakes in the app among other frustrations. The range of connection is extremely limited as well. Very confused why Alfred is rated so highly (which was why we decided to go with their door lock)

UPDATE: changing the active time limit in settings from always activate to timeout 15 min solved the issue below for my present S21. Terrible touch unlock connectivity! Changed my previous Kevo which looks abandoned, but still have the same connectivity problems. The app detect entering the geofence area each time, but fail connecting with the lock most of the time. I have a Note 10 with last system updates (Android 11 One UI 3.1) and the app is set to never enter sleep mode.

Edit - one touch broken on Samsung again. I feel like I have to reset the lock and re add it to the app and it works u till the next update again. Works great on my wife's iPhone though. The lock takes about 5 to 10 seconds after a touch to connect to the phone and unlock the door. Not a big issue but I'm sure some optimizing could speed it up. App/lock Design looks great btw

Intuitive and has worked everytime I've opened the app. I do wish the Alfred notification for detecting geofences did not have to stay up for one touch entry, but am willing to leave it for the convenience. Definitely set up the lock using the app! Works great with both the DB1 & the DB2. Love these locks!
