terrible company do not book! extremely unreliable and rude staff! booked a taxi to train station and it didnt turn up, so i had to pay £100 for a new train ticket. getting a refund feom absolute was like pulling teeth. I would avoid at all costs! Id rather walk miles than use them again!

Booked a cab through the app selecting card payme t. Got to the destination, the money were not taken from my card and I didn't have any cash on me so I had to call Absolut Cabs to send me an order to pay. Please fix it as it is frustrating to call for a payment to be taken.

The app just isn't working like it used to. Can't make am bookings sends cars out straight away when you try and make an advanced booking. Used to be so easy !

Same issue here, app doesn't actually work, can't book a taxi. Waiting for confirmation, but when I click on bookings it resets and I have no bookings. Awful app, do not use.

The app itself is buggy beyond being useful let alone reliable. When it works the experience of dealing with this company drivers leaves bad taste in my mouth and leaves me iritated. Drivers argue about pricing and are generally unpleasant. Would give 0 stars if could

Try booking a taxi. Always eta of 800mins, either way they always cancel bookings. Pointless app , never been able to book a taxi through this.

Booked a taxi, for 17.30, did not arrive rang office was assured it was on way, I did receive a confirmation e mail with a reference number, but no message to say driver was on way , I rang again they cut me off, so I had to proceed to my hospital appointment in my car, which I was told not to drive, after the procedure I had, but I had to risk it, driver turned up at my address at 17.55., poor customer service, please do not use them.

Doesn't ever work. Can't find places. Can't add a card and can't make a booking. Totally hopeless. I only gave it 1 star because there is no zero.
