theres always a delay in taxis being dispatched when booking through the app and they always turn up late leaving me late for everywhere i go. there's also a fault in the app in which if you lock your phone or close the app the app will crash, meaning if your booking is still sending to the server and your phone automatically locks or you leave the app the booking wont send, it's also just a massive inconvenience when trying to track the process of your booking

Used to be okay, but the last 5/6 times I've used the app barring in mind I booked all these on the app with at least 40 minutes before and they have all been late which has resulted in me being late!!!!

Always used this app but been let down loads of times and had to walk home late at night on my own, received a text to say taxi was on way went outside to wait and it never turned up, checked on app and said job complete. Will never use these again 😕

Great app! Never let me down. Track the taxi and also messages you when its leaving and there. Also telling you what car to expect!
