It works. Occasionally. I booked ahead of time twice. When I booked half hour early, they came over an hour late which I had to wait because of rain. Second time I booked 2 hours early and they didn't turn up so I cancelled. They can't prioritise. Terrible service when you should be able to rely on them.

The App is rubbish. No way to enter your address when making a booking. Map functionality doesn't work. Not enough space to type a destination either. Complete waste of time.

App is in need of a debugging update. I have to close and reopen the app multiple times before I can get to where I need to be. Thought maybe it was just my phone, but my partners phone was as bad! Please get rid of these minor annoyances and I will change my review! Thanks.

out of the approximately 10 times I've used this service, the taxi has arrived on time about twice. I was late to work numerous times because of this service and once even had to wait upwards of an hour just to get home. Worst service I've ever used

Awful. Booked a taxi for work, waited 15 minutes and the app still said awaiting dispatch so I rang them and they told me I would be waiting another 25 minutes just for dispatch. In the end I called a more reliable taxi company but was still late for work due to waiting so long for castle cars :(

App definitely needs lots of work. Doesn't keep record(even just the last ride) . It works sometimes. Other times. Just does what it wants.

Simple to order. Simply easy to pay. Punctuality n courtesy. Only about twenty cabs to date used. Which some would say isn't enough to make judgement. But I like to judge. And I'm sure it's a good decision. Thanks Castle Cars.

This app, is handy but it doesn't always show an ETA for the taxi, it would be nice to include the estimated cost too, the card payments is very handy, surprisingly it works well
