App wont send PIN to mobile number, can't even sign up. Edit: After prompt reply, was able to sign up, but the app is still poor compared to AC's and Andrews'. Can't see estimated prices, can't pay automatically, can't add any destination that's on Google Maps, and the interface is generally clunky.

The app is dead. Will not recognise the pick up or destination addresses. It just keeps telling me to type more even when it won't let me type any more!(I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice now, so an update isn't the issue.)

Doesn't matter what day or time I try to book a taxi they're always "fully booked". Use bestax instead, they actually have taxis to do taxi work.

No issues booking, fast accurate estimate, only issue is the app didn't update ETA / dispatch status but texts were sent

Bookings aren't saved. So I have no idea if they've been logged. Need to call to check, which defeats the object of the app!

Driver wasn't helpful today . Rude behaviour . I couldn't not open the car duckie i was struggling but driver didn't help me .
